You askWe answer

We're good alpine skiers, so what do you recommend?
This winter, it's time to give ski touring a try!
From the age of 13 and with a minimum level of Class 3, it's possible to go off the beaten track for a day or half-day.
For maximum safety, we recommend that you are able to ski in all types of snow and terrain! The instructor will cover safety aspects in an enchanting natural setting!
Should I bring my own equipment?
You'll need ski touring equipment (skis, boots, poles, skins), plus a rucksack for a change of clothes and a water bottle. The instructor can provide avalanche safety equipment: shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver.
Where can I hire my equipment?
Most sports shops hire out hiking equipment, and some even rent out avalanche transceivers.
How should I dress?
Technical sportswear is ideal. In all cases, choose breathable clothing and not too many layers. It's important to take something to change into before the descent. Don't forget to bring water too.
