An instructor can teach up to 5 people at a time with the same level.
During the school holiday weeks, private courses are possible on 5 consecutive days only 
from 9:00am to 10:00am or between 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
On weekends, courses are possible during morning or afternoon on 1 or 2 days.
Requests under 5 consecutive day during holidays will be answered from mid-december.

You'll benefit from tailor-made tuition given over a whole week for optimal monitoring and progress!

One instructor can take up to 5 people, provided they have the same level.

Can I pay online or by bank transfer?
We have developed a system that allows you to pay for your services securely by credit card.
I can't access the payment page, what should I do?
The security level of your browser is very high. Turn it down for the duration of the booking or deactivate your firewall to finalise the booking.
Do you still have an instructor available?
The availability of instructors depends on the period. During the French school holidays, all our instructors are very busy. Remember to book your lessons as early as possible.
Is it possible to choose the instructor?
The form allows you to give us the name of one or more instructors, but we cannot guarantee their availability. However, they will be the first ones we contact to try and meet your needs.
Can more than one person take private lessons with an instructor?
Yes, an instructor can supervise up to 5 people at a time in private lessons, as long as they have the same level. If you are alone, book for 1 person, if you are 4 people of the same level, book for 4. Please note that under no circumstances will the ESF complete a lesson. You are the sole judge of who accompanies you.
Why can't I book a 10am to 12pm slot during the holidays?
During the school holidays, the instructors supervise the group lessons from 10am to 12.25pm and from 2.35pm to 5pm. The ESF offers private lessons outside group lesson times, either in the morning from 9am to 10am or between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. This makes the best use of the instructors' time and allows us to meet customer demand for private lessons at other times of the day.
Is it possible to book an instructor for 1 or 2 lessons?
This is possible on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and outside school holiday periods.

During the school holidays, this is not possible as we only make bookings for 5 consecutive days, but once you're there you can come to the ESF to check if a slot has become available at the last minute.
Will my child pass a level at the end of the week of private lessons?
It's possible, but it's neither automatic nor included. Talk to the instructor on the first day of the course, then on Wednesday, and they will advise you whether or not to enrol your child for the test on Friday (20€). Passing the level will depend on the instructor's assessment and your child's progress throughout the week.
